How do I lose 10lbs of fat and gain 10lbs of muscle in 10 weeks?

I have read that its very difficult to lose fat while simultaneously putting on muscle, but it is still possible. Would it be possible to lose 10 pounds of fat and put on 10 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks?

If so, how would I go about doing this?

If not, what is an achievable goal I could aim for? Lose 5lbs of fat and put on 5lbs of muscle in 10 weeks?

    well i guess you can possiblly lose 10 pounds of fat nd gain around a few pounds of muscle ( like 3 or 5 ) in 10 weeks..

    by achieving this goal u may try to eat healthily and do a large amount of workout..such as lifting/ sit-ups/ jogging( or running..) and maybe add sum other sport which u like to do.. but dont starve cuz u’ll probably lose energy to keep on exercising for the following days.

    last tip: STRONG POWERWILL AND MOTIVATION !!

    I have read that strength training works better in losing fat and gaining muscles. Also, go for a overload, which means carry about 65% of the weight you can carry. Either that, go for the overload principle, which is to do 100 reps, one set instead of 15 reps for three sets while strength training.
